can anyone help me i have just put a new shower head onto my
mira shower .this is not an electric one .when i put the new head on it still leaks from the bottom connection should there be some kind of washer inside or can the unit be adjusted /

yeah there should be a little black rubber washer, probably stuck in the old connection.

depends what shower you have

theres no information on the shower except the word mira
but the pipe work goes through the wall and into an electric pump
?

as you describe a standard mixer valve and its still passing water when shut off it may need a service kit which contains new seals etc.

have you got a pic of it ?

unfortunately not but the kit you describe .would it be easy to replace

all comes down to age of shower.
some strip down easy some are just buggers and you can't undo the main nut under the control knob.

best to id shower then go from there
