Leaking soil pipe outside house

This pipe is dripping where the two horizontal pipes connect to the main pipe. Tried to fix it with silicone but still drips - does this whole section need to be replaced? What's the process if all glued together?

Silicone won’t usually stop leaks on soil pipes, best to replace the joint or fitting. A new solvent weld or rubber coupling should fix it properly.
 
Can you get another picture from a bit further away? I'm tempted to suggest trying to repair it, but the setup isn't ideal with opposing connections.

You could try and see if the two Boss Connectors will detach from the soil pipe, and then clean up the mating faces and see if they'll take again, but if that doesn't work, replacement will be the only real option.
