leaking soil pipe

Well I fixed the cistern but now the soil pipe is leaking.

A very slight leak on flushing. Pictures below show before flush, immediately on flushing, and 10 seconds later.

Seems to be the join betwen pan outflow and cement (?) around soil pipe. I'm hoping it doesn't require smashing the cement, and posibly the pipe, and possibly even the whole pan....... Easy solution to plug the leak??

Are you sure its not leaking from the connection between the pan and the flush pipe at the rubber connection and then running down the pan onto the concrete?

Leakydave - you`re spot on ,that`s where it`ll be leaking Or @ the top of the flushpipe and running all the way down

Great relief as a much easier fix....
