Water off first.
There's a screw under the small cap in the centre of the handle. Once that's undone the handle should lift off. Around the mid point of tap is a collar that should unscrew, will probably be tight so a cloth around it and some pump pliers should help. You'll then have access to the valve which will need unscrewing
