I have a toilet with a concealed cistern in a cabinet. I often find water on the floor which seems to come from under the toilet bowl. I have taken the removable panel off and the floor inside the cabinet is dry (bottom edge of cabinet is siliconed) so the leak must be at the pan. I dont think it is coming from the flush pipe (flexible type) as it feels dry where it joins the pan so I think it must be the waste. It has a short, straight pan connector which goes into a very short piece of pipe and then into a horizontal T. The T then runs about 30-40cm slightly downhill and joins a vertical pipe. Everything seems to fit fine and I wonder if its possible that the pan has a leak.
Any advice gratefully received. Many thanks in advance.
