Leaky atrium door help

Our atrium door (on upper deck) appears to be somehow/somewhere leaking to floor below. Water is pooling within the wood frame surrounding a large 3-window casement window. Water is not directly in the actual window frame, but the frame beyond that which is directly over the window sill, if this is making any sense. Help. I so hope I don't need to remove the door and upper siding.

Appreciate any help/thoughts.
