Leaky joint

Hi in a new house, seem to have a very small leak looks chronic. Have homeserve but any ideas if can be fixed easily!? Thanks

Looks like it’s coming from the radiator valve (trv) nut, so easily tightened up, no real need for home serve if you can do it yourself.

Ok maybe I'll try nipping it up a fraction? Any risk it might make it worse? Not sure how much copper has corroded higher up?

It can be over tightened, which would make it worse, but a nip up until it stops should be ok.

Tried to nip it up but feels very tight worried I might cause more harm then good, wonder if it's overtight already,?. Any products that I can put on it?

Not really, just ptfe tape, but that goes on the olive which site below the nut. Wrap a towel around it for now and call someone out then?

Turn it back a 1/4 turn then nip it back up, that may catch it.

Easy joint for a plumber, see if homeserve will come out tonight or will it be next week?
