My sink is leaking both at the point where the basin joins the waste and where the trap meets the waste arm.
The waste pipe moves around considerably when knocked-does it need replacing?
And where the trap meets the waste arm-is this likely to be a washer replacement job? Furthermore, the waste arm does not have a thread on it-it seems to just sit in the trap. Is this normal?
