Leaving small quantity of Fernox F3 in system

Hi, I've dosed my central heating system with Fernox F3 cleaner, however, due to the design of the system it is particularly difficult to drain a small part of the system (1 radiator and about 6 metres of 15mm pipe). Does anyone know if draining the rest of the system and refilling/draining a couple of times would leave a safe enough dilution of F3 cleaner that I could add F1 inhibitor and recomission the system?
