System Drain & Clean

HELP! Drained down Baxi Duo Tech Combi, added Fernox F1 Cleaner, circulated, drained and flushed. Added F3 protector, refilled system, vented. Thought all well but now boiler making hideous clanking noise. Any ideas most welcome please.

F1 is inhibitor, F3 is cleaner, hope you made a typo rather than wasted your money.

Check the auto air vent on the pump is open - it may just be airlocked.

Btw F3 is the cleaner and F1 is the inhibitor/protector
