LED Bathroom Light help needed

So I am trying to replace my old JCC_FGLED6 LED spot lights my bathroom.
I have done it before and swapped them with a JCC V50

The problem I have is simple..I can't get the power cables to disconnect from the terminal strip .(See above PDF to see what they look like.
I assumed to push down would lock them in place...so the opposite would release them? but the cable won't move and I don't want to strip it by forcing it!

I'd assume that pushing down would open the sprung terminal grip and release the wire.
