I will be changing the old lights in my kitchen to 4ft led battens. the room is 20ft x10ft. what would be the best watts ,22, 36, or 18. my old lights have the cable in the centre entry. the leds seem to be at the end of the batten. I cant get access above the ceiling to do any rewiring. any thoughts, or advice would be most helpful thanks.

Dont recall the make, but the ones we get from Rexel you mount the backplate first and cable entry can be anywhere through the back, the front with all the guts then plugs in and clips onto the base.
