It looks more like a stage lamp than a security light.

i posted it because in the other post i said i would get one, and now i have. stage light well it is in a stage light fixture.
it can be any of 16 million colours

I've seen a small stage lit by a load of colour change lights on motorised mounts allowing the lighting design to be completely changed at the push of a button.

does it have a DMX interface or just terminals for three 0-10v control volt signals representing R,G and B? what make of fixture is it?

you'll need a DMX controller or console to drive it, it(the fixture) should have dip switches or a facility to address it, look on ebay for some "cheap" controllers approx £50+ the fixture will take three DMX channels for Red,Green and Blue respectively, you mix these to achieve the desired colour.
It does look like a Chroma Par(Pulsar) but i can't see a cable coming out of it? Besides a Chroma Par needs a ChromaZone to drive it and you say this head is DMX driven itself? Any chance of seeing the back of it?
