We've just installed two LED lighting strips around our roof lantern. I tested both two weeks ago and they were working fine, now one strip has stopped working. I have tested with a power meter and there is power to it but it isn't lighting up. Weirdly when I touch the strip with my finger it lights up really faintly. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated, thank you

What sort of "power meter" are you testing with?
You'll need a voltage multimeter. Compare the voltage on the input to the working strip.
That may indicate if the fault is with the supply or the LED strip.
