Hi,

I have 6 4watt recessed LED downlights in a bedroom all of which have their own driver. One of the LED's has failed after 6 months. Will this cause any extra strain on the remaining 5 LED's and cause them to fail early too or am I ok to use the lights until I get a new LED.

Also, how can you tell if the recessed LED's have a moisture seal?

Thanks for your help

Steve

The failure of one lamp should not cause any issues.
With regards to moisture seal, there would normally be a seal around the bezel rim.
