Letting to students

Hi,

I've got a 3 storey victorian terrace house and am thinking of letting it to four students.

I currently let another house out to a single occupier and am aware that the regulations are different for houses or multiple occupation. However, could someone point me in the right direction of where I can find out what the regs are to see if it is worth doing?
