hiya

ive been slowly concreting an area of my garden for the kids to take their bikes on.

along the back of the hous, theirs an exsisting stretch of concrete, and basicly, im widening it.

Ive was recomended to use those 1m strips of drainage. so ive set them up.

the only problem i found was the exsisting concrete strip, is not level. it slops away from the house, by the height of about 1 brick.

the only place i could put an exit for the drainage it at the higher end, so this means the concrete has to be this level all over.

I can see if i concrete over the exsisting concrete im going to run into problems, i could break it up, but thats going to be a pain, and if i just go over it, it will crack.

someone said about a leveling compound that i could poor over the old piece of concrete, once i put the new concrete, to bring it up level with the new concrete.

is this possible??

what is recomended for outdoors use?

many thanks
