Hi, I was wondering whether anyone had used this decking oil on sleepers? I'm looking into coating my treated (greenish tinged) sleepers and was looking for something that would give a clear, natural finish. I'm tempted, but unsure. I'm also after maximum protection, as the area they in is a suntrap, and the ground is always Damp and boggy (used to be a lake very close by and the entire area has a very high water table.)
Would it be best to pressure clean the sleepers and then oil, or would I also benefit from applying some kind of treatment before oiling?
