Lifestyle wiring center and RET230P thermostat

Guys,

I'm a little confused - the lifestyle wiring center has a room thermostat as terminals 2 ( call ) and 3 ( com )

I've wired terminals 1 and 3 on a danfoss RET230P to simply join these terminals together to kick the heating in - but it's not working

Have I missed something / is it broke or do I need to supply a live to terminal 2 via the room stat ?

What u need to do is clearly written on the image u have scanned.

With all respect this is a simple wiring diagram, if you cannot understand it then you probably shouldn't be playing with electrics
