How can I do this?
As per the pic I have this ikea shelf unit in my cupboard.... I want to be able to slide it upwards to get behind it....

I was thinking draw sliders but I would need it to lock when lifted up aswell?

Cheers

You could use drawer slides, a simple hinges block to one side which falls forward when you lift the box past it would secure, pushed back it would allow it to fall again.

Heavy duty drawer slides to keep it vertically aligned coupled with ropes and weights either side (like sash windows) may work?

what are the dimensions?

there's a fitting that comes out and down.
