Hi Folks

What i want to do is in a cupboard which above it has a rather large marine tank is install to normal light fittings that will take 2 energy saving lights (large bayonet ).This will have to be plugged into the mains.

So what do i need to do this SAFELY.

I was thinking just two plain old white bayonet fittings ,wiring and an rcd breaker for a plug.If thats not the case let me know please.

Cheers

Alan

Is the tank heated?

You might have problems with condensation.

Something like a bulkhead fitting would be much more suitable.
