Light flickly a little

While I been working in a empty house doing heating job, I noticed when I go home, I switch off light and about to leave, saw a light bulb tiny flickly some second apart . Why is that? It stop when I switch off at the CU.
Can anyone explain? It was one of little white tube fix to a flex to rose.

capacitive coupling, very common on CFLs. Especially if they are on 2-way switching or if there is not a CPC in the cable
