It occurs to me that perhaps we should applaud the fact that this phenomenon sometimes occurs - since it reminds us that LEDs require so very little energy to produce light that they can sometimes 'glow dimly' even on the basic of tiny amounts of electrical energy they have managed to pick up from 'stray sources'
