Light switch

I accidentally bought a two way light switch to replace a one way light switch (I only need a one way switch). Can I use the two way switch as if it was a one way?

Yes, just use one connection at the top and one at the bottom. Convention is live in at top (Com) and to fitting at bottom (probably L1), but it will work either way.
Either L1 or L2 will do.

use L2 and the switch will work upside down
