Lighting circuit disaster

you find them in "control panels" as in the place where you push the button to start a process in a factory

it makes life easier, but for a domestic expensive and no benefit
 
the only benefits would be...

making a neat job out of that rats nest, making finding and testing circuits easier.

reducing the risk or cables comming loose because the terminal is fixed down and not just jammed into the box and tugged out whenever you need to change stuff

less chance of damage from box screws when you cram the wires back in and screw the lid back on..
 
i agree with your points, but its of no benefit to the domestic person, since they will not be testing it, wont want to spend money for something they wont see
