I have a changed a lot of light fittings with no problems.. However I was changing one in a bedroom and the last 2 lights in the circuit aren't working.. The other 2 and the one I've changed are working..I'm sure I connected them the same as previous light fitting..
There are 3 cables from ceiling each with , red black and brown.. The earths are all together in the connector block, the Reds are all in a desperate block and taped up .. Then 2 of the blacks are together and one is seperate.. The earth is fine into the new light.. Does it sound like I put the blacks into wrong L and N on the block.. Can't check now as getting too dark ..could kick myself as never thought to try othe lights before I attached it to the ceiling! They werea bugger to get in as well as not a lot of give from ceiling.
