I'm not a DIY type but I have recently developed a problem with flashing lights,TV & clocks turning off. I live in a apartment building (5 apts.) each apt. has it's own meter. A neighbor has the same problem, lights that flicker electrical appliances shut down. This happens on only 1 line that services the bathroom & kitchen. Sometimes it's a rapid flicker (2 or 3 times) and does not affect appliances other times the lights go off & on rapidly a few times & shuts off the clocks, microwave etc. then it stops & the light stays on. This happens morning noon or night any time. I'm sure there is not much I could do about it but is it dangerous???
