Lights in lift keep flashing intermittently

Any ideas. The house has been fully rewired.
Ruled out poltergeists.

These are the lights on a dimmer switch. I think they are halogen bulbs.
 
It was rewired as part of a complete refurbishment by a certified electrician. One of my RCDs keep tripping too. I’m not happy.
 
That’s the master plan - I agree I shouldn’t have to manage this.
 
Most likely the dimmers incompatible with the halogen; have you tried a few different bulbs.

How long ago was it wired, and how long has this been happening.

Now tell me something I don't know; oh yes, like how long ago was it done. I agree, it was very likely done last week, and the electrician would have installed the dimmer switch, so it's more than likely the wrong choice of bulb. But if we don't ask even the obvious questions, we can't give the simplest of answers.
