And you see nothing wrong with a situation where someone supposedly knowledgeable about the Wiring Regulations, knowledgeable about the Building Regulations, qualified to issue EICs, qualified to self-certify compliance with the Building Regulations, doesn't know if it's OK for a lighting circuit for which he can find no FCU to originate from a 32A socket one?
