Lime rendering quote - 10x 2.5 mtrs too high or ok ?

Had a quote for an exterior wall that is approx 10 metres x 2.5 - plus a spare other small patches - approx under 30 sq metres.

To hack off existing render and re coat ( 2 coats) I had a quote of 2.9k

that is working out circa 100 a square metre - seems a bit (lot) on the high side.
 
It does seem excessive for 30m ² but as i dont do lime rendering i may be wrong.

Best to get another couple of quotes.
