Hi, im hoping someone might be able to advise me on the installation of a Lincoln undermount sink.

I have worked out how to mount the sink, owing to the fact the worktop will be stone / composite I have made a separate shelf for the sink to sit on. However I am unsure how close to the front of the kitchen cabinet the sink should be.

Can anyone tell me what the optimum distance of one of these sinks should ge to the front of the cabinet.

Many Thanks in advance

You're approaching this from the wrong end - you need to find out where the composite worktop suppliers are intending to cut the hole for the sink

Hi muggles, thanks for the response. However, the work top installation people are coming to measure up tomorrow, so need to have the sink in position. They then return, with the cut work top a few days later.
