Hi, I'm looking for advice on how to rectify what appears to be a missing lintel over the outer course of a cavity wall over a window. The original wooden window supported this area but has subsequently been replaced with UPVC and the brickwork is cracking and sagging many years on. The inside brickwork has a concrete lintel . Any ideas what to do with this please ?

    IG L11. Builder's merchants.

Pick up a stainless steel bellcast bead while you're there, and two CLS timbers to prop it while it goes off. Acro props and strong boys from the hire shop.
