Liquid Rubber?

Hi-looking to fix our flat concrete roof. It doesn't leak into the house (it's 6inch thick) but the gulleys are starting to seep through and leak. Have tried all the traditional sealants and bitumen, which only seems to last 2 years max.

Looking for a more permanent DIY fix. Have considered a rubber membrane but came accross liquid rubber products which claim similar performance, price about the same but would appear to be much easier to apply.

Anyone got any experience/recommendation for liquid rubber or should I stick with a membrane kit?
Thanks

Despite claims, the liquid rubber stuff is naff unless you buy a pro product, follow instructions to the letter and have an ideal recipient surface.
