little information please

Hi,

Recently got called out to a rather distraught customer regarding her Thorn Emi Main Medway water heater (serial 55-10)

It seems from the description that it had overheated whilst supplying water to the washing machine, pipes banging steam everywhere etc.

Has anyone got an "e-mailable" install/instruction/user manual for this water heater as information is a little thin on the ground.

Pin on water section is scaled up ,not returning fuly and quickly when tap turned off and keeping gas on with no demand for HW.
