Almost a year ago now my husband and I had the British Gas boiler guy round to service. This was the first time we'd had anyone in as only recently signed up for this service.
He identified that the boiler flue (installed several years ago before we moved in) was in an illegal position - situated pointing under our neighbours roof in a gully, so blowing into his roof space and had potential to get blocked by leaves etc and blow up I suspect. He said that he would give us the year to sort this.... How big a job could this be? And can anyone give any ideas on how much this could cost?
