Locations of sockets.

Hi,
I found a website showing the required locations for sockets for new regulations, regarding disabled use I think?.
I've lost the site, can anyone help with the address please?.
I'm in Scotland, if it makes any difference!.

All accesories should be mounted between 450mm and 1200mm above finished floor level.

This only applies to new build properties, and full refurbishments.

It is to comply with Approved Document M of the building regulations (Access and facilities for disabled people)
