Lock for a timber bi-fold door

I'm getting some bi-fold 'folding/sliding' doors made up and need to find a lock for them. I don't need to lock them closed in to the floor or ceiling, but just to 'hold' the leaves together in the middle. Espag locks with hooks seem ideal, but i don't want to have a lever handle or for them to be key operated. I really would like a recessed pull handle and the espag lock operated by a thumbturn. Is this possible? Who are good lock manufacturers who could supply such a product?
