Locked out of .mk7 keypad

I have a Honeywell galaxy flex100 alarm panel, an mk7 keypad. Connected to a kinetic az ÷ 220 external bell box both are new. When I enter my code the message reads invalid code when the engineers code is entered it says insufficient access rights. The panel has been powered down & restarted the same banner appears on keypad when the key tag is held to the keypad it chirps.
All the zones are used & the infrareds are ok
The external bell is working
I appreciate any help

Sorry forgot to mention I bought another keypad & connected to the same panel & same result so I connected the original keypad

Is this a new panel ? Or one that was working and you have been using before this issue

It's under a year old was working before this problem

Is it a self install? Try 12345. If that doesn't work PM me.
