Hi my loft conversion is readyto be insulated over the studwork and gable walls.Has anyone heard of actis tri iso super 9 which can just be stapled over the studwork rather than having to put rigid foam insualtion between the rafters. Also for the gable walls which need battening out what is the best solution between the bricks and plasterboard, kingspan, celotex??? it's a minefield.
Any help appreciated
Thanks stu

Actis tri-iso super 9 insulation is easy to work with which go between the roof rafters, see this.

What I did on my gable walls using 2"x1" timber frame work with hammer fixing screws then fill in with 1" polythene foam sheets then plasterboard.

Info: You should have a minimum 2" airflow behind the insulation & roofing felt from top to bottom supported by roof vent at the top.
