loft conversion - stairs been moved after completion cert

Just discovered our loft conversion has been fiddled with by previous owner (after building completion cert given )to fit in an extra bedroom that would have been the landing and entrance to the loft room.
The loft room Now doesn't meet building regs - no fire doors and head height not 2 metres - any ideas what to do? Due to re-jig of stairs there is no where for a fire door to go.

We bought the house as a 4 bed but worried may be considered 3 bed with use of loft room...

Its hard to keep up with your threads fi35, can you post a rudimentary plan of your 3 floor plans? If you haven't any then just draw some, they only have to be crude.
