Loft Eaves (ventilation)

Hi,

Our loft has been converted and we have a large eaves cupboard. At the back of the cupboard the rafters have insulation in between and then felt over. Behind those rafters is essentially inside the bay ceiling of the bedroom below. I was thinking of putting up some thin ply on to the rafters, so the felt would be in between the ply and the rafters/insulation.

Would that cause any problems with condensation? Is it ok to do?

Bumping this up. Would plywood be ok and should i take the felt down beforehand - felt was just put up to make it look tidy and hide the kingspan. Obviously the rest of the rafters in the loft are covered in plasterboard. Would just like to hide / seal off the insulation in the eaves, and thought ply might be good as is thinner and wouldnt need skimming.
