Hi all,
Have noticed that my joists are not exactly 600mm apart, some are 570mm some are 610mm. When I am laying insulation in the larger ones, I am noticing a slight gap. Is this going to be a problem? This problem is worsened by my inability to cut the rolls exactly straight!!!
I have read that compressing or fluffing out the insulation will reduce it's thermal value so I'm a bit confudeled.
(Also, have laid a vapour barrier in the joist spaces)
