loft insulation

I recently added this to my loft. Dead easy to apply - I simply unravelled it horizontally then used a staple gun, pinned it to the beams and taped up the seams. I also left a gap of about 50 cm at the base for ventilation. Difficult to know precisely, but it does seem to have helped.

My dad got mine from Focus because they had a 3 for 2 offer on (plus he got OAP discount )

Depends what you want to use it for, might be cheaper to use the aluminum foiled back plasterboards instead.
