Hi. I need some tradesmen to fix some stuff. Mostly outside work. But I'm not sure what category these come under.
The most important thing is the loft ladder repair. My dad is ill and needs someone to do it. The ladder has been separated from the assembly and is currently sitting in one of the rooms. It's important it gets done now because the house boiler is being changed and the heating guys might need access to the loft. Dad's house still has a F&E tank due to water pressure and other issues. It would be too expensive to move to a combi. Who should I get for such a job? What trade would cover this?
As for the other jobs like the back gate and garage door, they can wait. But I would like to know what categories they come under too.
