Loft roofing insulation

Evening everyone, Hopefull this will just be a quick question.

In a few months I'm looking at converting my loft space for general use, now I know I want to use rigid insulation boards (after leaving a 50mm gap) to bring it flush with the rafters then another layer of the rigid board with the plasterboard already attached (or not depending on cost etc)..... trouble is I've no idea what this 'rigid board' stuff is called or referred to and cant seem to find it anywhere on the net.

Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction with names or links etc?
