Hi there, my ideal logic 24 combi thinks the thermostat is switched off.. I've changed the batteries and held down set and tried pressing the test button but can't get them to connect. Can only get the heating on by pressing install. Any help would be appreciate.

Make and model of the thermostat please? It doesn't sound like any of the ideal ones.
