LOGIK LINDHOB10 fault

My 10-month old LOGIK LINDHOB10 is suddenly misbehaving. I had two hobs on simmering. One of them turned itself off, and the power level indicator started flashing 'A' and 'F' alternately.

I turned the hob off, and the centre indicator (timer) displayed 'AF'.

Now only one hob is working, and can't be shifted from its default mid-power level 5 - in fact, none of the touch controls respond.

The fault code is not in the manual.

10 months old is within the guarantee period - speak to the people who sold it to you or the manufacturers - they should sort it out for you.

This is NOT an electrical problem for an electrician.
