Good day
I recently had my water chiller connector pop off and nearly flood the kitchen overnight. After investigating the failure, it seems that the 90degree John Guest quick connectors are not meant to be used on Stainless steel tube on the output of my water chiller.

I got the unit clearance from my place of work, and it was missing the connectors, that look like the attaced image.
Can anyone advise on what type of connector that is, and a suitable replacement that can connect Stainless 304 1/4" to LDPE 1/4" ina way that it wont pop off and try to flood the kitchen again?
