Hi, this is my first post. I am looking to construct a palisade fence to the front of our property to stop locals using our open lawn front as a short cut & within our boundary. Our front boundary is 2 metres back from the road & the fence height will be 0.9metres.
I have checked scot.gov.uk & this seems to meet the criteria for no planning permission required. I would just like a 2nd opinion if possible please.
