Greetings,
I was wondering if I could pick up your expertise and see if you can assist me into repairing a loose tap from the shower and if you know what items I need to repair it.
As per the picture attached, one of the tap from the shower is quite loose and need to apply pressure in order to open it and close it.
I took both out in order to compare and the faulty one is on the left.
The white bit is left on the main bit and as a result turn loose – whereas the one on the right it is fix to the tap.
Previously, I try to put some PTFE Jointing Tape from homebase - worked for a bit and now out again.
Can I get some spare elements to replace the faulty one? If so do you sell them?
Is that something I can fix myself? Or will that require a plumber / handyman call out?
Thanks and best regards,
Jeremy
